Ahh, an old favorite of mine! =D

I am in no way kidding or exaggerating when I say that I believe that this is the single most important and influential piece of art I ever saw, or maybe will ever see. This is literally THE piece of art that got me into furry. I cannot--in any way--understate just how important this piece, random though it may be, to my life. Furry got me a lot of friends after a rather lonely childhood, which became a stabilizing and civilizing influence to me, and has been a major source of comfort in a lot of times. I would seriously consider getting a tattoo of this. I wish everyone could see what I see when I see this. I can only offer you my thanks, I wish I could offer you more.

Haha, holy crap and here I was about to say how this was the art that pulled me into furry and inflation, too! Just lookin' up illustrations of Templeton for reasons I couldn't explain back then (I now know it's because he's a sexy gluttonous bastard) and saw this, saw Phraggle's work, and BAM.

I join the other people here when I say Templeton was among the characters growing up that got me into all this crazy nonsense. And this is, hands down, the best pic of him I've seen.

Wow, it's amazing to see how many of us were influenced or inspired by your work. I've kinda wanted to express my thoughts to you on it, but I'd likely write too much for easy reading. I found your stuff when I was, oh, maybe 12, and it was so cool to see such high quality work in such a niche subject. Your art has obvious been hugely (pardon the pun) influential.
