Jerseys are one of my fav Dairy cow breeds. love their color and disposition.

Yeah my other cow is a mini Western Haritage and she is more jumpy and wild compared to Summer who I can sit kids on. I am planning on teaching her to pull a cart...as soon as I have the money for the cart and harness,LOL!

Actuilly they are only considered sacrid over there not Gods. They hold them higher then other animals b/c they consider them all providers...they give milk, work, calves, and friendship. They used to eat beef but only bulls and steers, they considered it bad to eat a cow b/c she is a mother and provider but later they started pushing tword vegitarein.
I hope I did not come off as a smarty pants,LOL. I just enjoy there culture and telling others of it.

Yes I have a mini Jersey cow (in this pic) and a mini Western Heritage witch is up being bred with a mini Longhorn right now and if the calf's a girl I will keep her to. I also own a ram and a mini horse. I love owning cows
