I watched Dinosaucers when it was new and frankly, you didn't miss much. (However, you might want to check out one or two episodes just to form your own opinion.) The two characters here are Allo (leader of the heroic Dinosaucers) and Genghis Rex (leader of the evil Tyrannos). If you really want to learn more about the show, here are some links:
