I've always been a fan of the TMNT, ever since the first movie came out. I remember my parents rolling their eyes and wondering how such a ridiculous-sounding title would ever become popular. Now, 22 years later, I -- Wait, 22? Twenty-two?? Buh. Glek... Agh...!

Okay, had a fit of the So-Olds, but I'm better now. Anyway, always been a fan, always been interestied in how they reinvent the series every couple of years or so. The most recent series on Nickelodeon actually looks promising, and is actually pretty funny! Not only are the turtles actually looking and acting like teenagers, but the rest of the cast looks fun, too. Yes, April's fifteen years old, and yes, everyone seems to enjoy running with their arms held out behind them, but Master Splinter's hilariously awesome, balancing just the right amount of sage wisdom with dry humor, and ah, the Kraang... It's like an army of emotionless Mojo Jojos, the way they talk redundantly. The animation's pretty slick, they actually dot the script with Japanese, and the 2D art they use for flashbacks is refreshing. I'm eager to see more!

So, because I haven't drawn anything in forever (where was I all October, anyway? It's kind of fuzzy...), I'm drawing you guys my favorite fighting ninja team!
