The face skin is hand sewn with a blanket stitch, a back locking stitch which means even if the thread somehow breaks the rest will not unravel. Sewn extra close and tiny where the shortest fur is to be sure not a seam is seen (and with this short white that is very much needed, it is like 1/4 an inch!) done widest where the longest fur is (since one cannot see the seam at all)
As you can see I build on a baseball cap, adjustable size for each customer, only the hat and part of the neck touch you meaning overall the head stays cooler and cleaner. You can also sew the likes of ears and necks right to the hat.
A wire down the center of the frame adds support for the fangs so the foam does not droop with age. Foamie sheets over the wire on the hat for extra secureness.
You can see the magnets for his horns (I am unsure if I will keep the cheek horns)
This will have extra wide tearduct vision via black markings at the corner of and under the eyes such as on my sabre tiger B.C. vision in this style is superb, I wish it worked for each design but not all suits allow for the such a large mesh area (looks funky on some suits)
