I went out and voted today as my state has early voting. The line for voting was 30 minutes long but well worth the wait. Now if that would only stop all of those political ads I'd be very happy indeed. :)

If there was no early voting in my state, the lines to vote on Tuesday would be unbearable and stretch well beyond the 7:00pm deadline. It's not nice and cool outside here yet and people won't want to stand outside in it for long. Early voting is only for the week before election. Besides, if it was taken away, it wouldn't stop people from voting early by mail. :)
