A gift for my friend, 
ColorsAnthro, who has a fascination for drawing Pokémon in swimsuits, mostly bikinis, so I thought since his favorite animal is a penguin, why not make it based on Pokémon, so I considered doing a female anthro Empoleon in tribute for inspiring me to make great Pokémorph Art.
