In the Capital Wasteland there are remnants of a cleaning powder called Abraxo Cleaner by a company named Abraxodyne. This company crumbled when the bombs fell but a small group of scientists took refuge in a vault, where they sought to revive the company. They began doing experiments on wildlife to give them human intelligence and be used as subservient workers (but be treated well). The scientists worked for years on this until finally the perfect offspring was born, they named him AbraxoL (short for Abraxo Lynx, but due to the huge success of this they leave out the L to carry on the legacy). Abraxo grew up in good care, but unfortunately, outlived his surrogate parents and left the vault. Abraxo didn't want to continue the company's legacy so he made his living by transporting large amounts of drugs and alcohol to and from the Capital Wasteland through to the Four States Commonwealth. Abraxo only used one drug on his trips every so often, Ultra Jet, which is a combination of Abraxo Cleaner and Jet, this can be inhaled and this causes a different experience for Abraxo, a highly euphoric one, so Abraxo changed his name to Jet because he finds it more fitting now. From time to time, Jet finds a city that seems virtually unaffected by the Great War and will find a club to DJ at.

Jet is an anthropomorphic Iberian Lynx, (a species fewer than 200 in world population). he sports a red, black, and white design with red wrapping around his body with a band of black bordering the red and white, this black strip isn't fur, but actually a living bio-metal that is part of his flesh, it's metallic in texture and has a shine to it in the right light, but soft as flesh and moves perfectly with his frame. His back has a pattern that resembles a circuit board, the circuitry bands are the same bio metal as on the front of his torso and these bands actually carry impulse signals to his major organs. These bands appear to blend with the natural black fur marking that surround the circuitry pattern. Jet has 5 fingers and 5 toes. His pads are red and contain certain bioluminescent chemical that makes them glow intense red which Jet can trigger on comand. (similar to the isotopes that make Nuka-Cola Quantum glow)
