After doing all those (digital, not actually real) jack-o-lantern icon commissions, I was in the mood to do something elaborate with a REAL pumpkin for myself. :D Then it dawned me I'd never carved a phoenix before, in spite of the obviously fitting colors/ theme (fire!). Thus, here is my Halloween jack-o-lantern for 2012, photographed from a few angles to show the wraparound nature of the design. :3
