These two figurines are modeled after NiiroKitsune's two characters, Niiro Kitsune and Kurisutaru Fox, described on his userpage (my way of saying "thank you for watching"^^).
Due to the greater body mass and volume than my other figurines it took me quite some time to get the body proportions right but I think I managed to capture the loveliness of both characters somewhat successfully :)
In addition I think the arctic fox is my first figurine ever which uses white as a base colour (white is as difficult to work with as black since any smudges from other colours are highly visible on white).

Wow, this is such a wonderful art form! I'm surprised it's not very common to see these awesome pieces done more often, because clay is a very magnificent medium when used correctly. I'm always honored to have someone immortalize my characters, but to do so in such a unique way makes me feel very appreciated =3
Thank you so much for the time and effort you must have put into this, I honestly believe it is one of the most elegant things I have ever laid eyes on! I'm a little jealous that I only have the picture to gaze at as opposed to the figurines themselves ^ω^

Alas, you're right. Sadly the pictures only ever show one side of the figurines and sometimes some details don't make it into the picture :(
For instance in the scene "Worshiped" the vixen has a really cute little flower tucked under her left ear but to fit all the characters into the picture I had to choose a camera angle which didn't include that small yet beautiful detail...
Luckily in this picture I managed to capture pretty much all the important features, even the patch of fur right under the throat (you can see it if you look really close; insignificant though it seems that was actually the most difficult part of the figurine^^).

The attention to detail is what makes these so amazing, and since you know them better than anyone else, as long as you are satisfied with the work, then everyone else will love them (and I do). Again, it's so awesome that you took the liberty to do these, and thank you! =3
