Very good, so far! The anatomy and posing is pretty good, and the composition is... lively, which matches the subject of the painting!
However, it doesn't look finished. There is uniform, unbelievable lighting going on here - why is the top left character using a torch when there's plenty of light to see by? I think this picture would benefit greatly if you took the time to add a lighting layer. Just a transluscent dark blue/grey would do, and erase the parts that would have light falling on them. It would lend the picture some more depth and atmosphere. If you're worried about the coldness a blue-wash layer might add, tinge it with a little bit of red to make an indigo/grey wash. Remove the light lines from the torch, too, this picture is too good for them. I imagine in this kinda scene it would be kinda darkish, with a light coming from the right (a tablelamp, maybe?) and the torch. Real warm and cozy, like. After that, this picture will be almost perfect.
The other concern I have with this picture is... well, the contrast. There are too many midtones. Don't be afraid of the light, or the dark! :D In some places your painting comes off as muddy and undefined. With some high and lowlights, you'll be painting with the best.
All in all, a pretty good picture.

thank you thank you thank you =D
I was really needing some more indepth feed back on this picture. I will definately try the wash layer and get rid of the light lines. :3 I will probably try that out over the next couple of days and get the picture to the point that I can be truly happy about it. *hugs* thank you ^^
