This is a fight of Akuma vs. Damascus. AKuma's the tiger, Damascus is the parasite inside the griffin that Akuma has a chokehold on. Hence Damascus's control is reliquished and his body is left immobile. But Akuma's got a stupid look on his face from this bit of squirming he feels in his opponents THROAT. Which is unusual for him.
