I love the high contrasts. I remember falling in love with black and white contrasts when I saw the Grapes of Wrath for the first time. This has the same kind of eerie illumination as one of my favorite scenes.

Very cool picture. I really love the feel and sense of mystery that it presents. The use of high contrast really works with it and the lighting of the cigar and simple 'hush' just leaves me wanting to know more. Great job.

I never mentioned it, but when I first saw this, I didn't notice the writing in the dark. Then one day I was looking at it on my laptop and the angle of the screen highlighted a few words and made me take a closer look. Now, I find it to be an even more powerful piece.
