Megalodon, aka Riggs Siberian

Rigby, or "Riggs" as he prefers to be called was once a normal shark. He was a cop, though a bit on the scrawny side for it and unsure of himself when he started out. He had a fascination with the costumed hero of his town that called himself Spirit Force. Though his precinct would have fired him on the spot and possibly arrested him had they known, Riggs was always eager to secretly work with the hero and they both developed a rapport with each other. Unfortunately a botched drug bust at a local chemical plant resulted in a massive explosion with Riggs still in the building. He had been doused in a chemical cocktail and hit with a high amount of electricity from loose power lines. The combination altered his genetics to amazing degrees. Spirit Force recovered his friend from the wreckage before other police could get there, seeing that Riggs was somehow still alive after that. It was a painful next few days as the shark recovered, but he looked radically different from before afterwords. He was huge in many ways compared to his formerly 5'5” self. Rigby Delorance had died in the explosion and the shark took on the new name of Riggs Siberian, though the almost cheesy name idea came from Spirit. The fox hero forged documents thanks to his know how and connections, and finally revealed his secret identity given the circumstances. With some training, “Megalodon” took his place as the third member of Spirit Force's league. Though he wouldn't be the last.

He may look big and burly, but he's really a sweetheart and less outspoken than his companions. He's a softy at heart, but does try to act tough. He's a bit of a nerd, but is starting to become a lot more outgoing since his physical transformation and the major boost to his confidence he now has.

Abilities:
-Super Strength
-Super Agility
-Extreme Toughness.
-Can see clearly in darkness, and make out contrasts of objects against
backgrounds, but is effectively color blind because of it. Only able to
see certain shades of color.
-Strong sense of Smell
-Strong sense of Hearing
-The ability to detect the electro-magnetic fields of living things as well as
the one produced by the Earth for ease of navigation.
-While submerged in water he is able to detect motions and vibrations
-Maxed out immune system. This makes him immune to all terrestrial
diseases, prevents him from being intoxicated and allows him to heal a
lot faster than normal.

While under water all his senses greatly improve in range and effectiveness. He is a supreme swimmer and is able to move and fight underwater as freely as someone would in the air or on land. He can also breathe freely underwater.

Weakness - One major flaw that he gained from all his gifts is a weakness to electricity. Exposure to high electrical fields screws with his senses and can cause nausea, fever and pain. It weakens him greatly and bolts of it treat him as if he was normal. However, his improved physique allows for a quick recovery if the electricity is removed. Now this doesn't mean he gets all woozy whenever he's near a TV or an outlet or something. It has to be a high powered source.So here's a new hero! I'm working on getting the other members of my new League drawn up in the future.
