And so it's Halloween and Tech decided to dig out his old outfit.

Way back when Tech was first being designed he was meant to be a Saiyan, more specifically a saiyan based off of GT (Monkey men FTW) that is able to jump to Super Saiyan 4 instead of the others, but because he didn't train with the lower levels he burns himself out way to fast and actually can't keep up with his power.

A few years later he has his own story yet he still kept his monkey king role (Goku of course being based off of the Monkey King myth) Rai can ride thunder clouds and gives Tech that ability when they bond, the monkeys in my world all have a staff spirit bound to them, Tech's life abilities draw energy from living things (As well as dead spirits) It's different enough so that it's not a rip off, but I got to give some credit to the main reason Tech exists.

And so Tech will go out and enjoy Halloween and I get to stay at home bored sense I have nothing to do and I'm technically to old to beg for candy =_=
