I made these crow stickers for my friend Katy from school as my half of our trade! Her name is spelled 'Katy', and mine is spelled 'Katie', so in the title I'm not reffering to myself. XD
The large crow sticker is about 5" X 4", to give you an idea of how big they are up there. They are each laminated and cut out myself by hand. (which hurts after a while!) I need to find a more efficient cutting tool other than scissors, like a rolly blade thing made especially for cutting papers and whatnot...
So, I can make stickers and magnets with my new sticker maker now! I will be selling stickers of my art and custom one of a kind sticker designs at Further Confusion. Hopefully I'll be doing magnets too, depending on the quality of the magnets I can make with my new "device". I made a HUGE set of these especially for Katy, and she gets the original artwork.

nice crow. I expect them to stick around everywhere soon. :)
hm, an exacto knife... can't recommend it because if you slipp off you might cut yourself. or at least the piece you were trying to cut out. paper fibres also tend to get caught in the blade's edge and rip the paper. it works well as long as you don't have to apply much pressure.
I don't know what materials you are about to cut, but I guess there is plastic foil imvolved. laminated foil also is very tough to cut with any blade. maybe you can find a scissors better suited for this, or just ask someone who seems to know about it at a specialized shop?

You happen to be using a Xyron? *smiles* I have that machine and have used it for stickers/magnets/bookmarks and the like! If that's what you've got, I can safely tell you the magnets look VERY nice...plus, they're overlaid and protected by a gloassy layer, which tends to bring out the color in any given piece.
I hear ya on the scissors thing...wish I had something better, too! I tend to use a combo of X-Acto knife and scissors...but it's still a pain. XD
ANYWAY, I should comment about the art! Which is beautiful as always! I envy your avians, i always have such a tough time getting them to look right. Especially love those feets! And I love how you captured the iridescence of the crow feather. Gorgeous!

yep, that's what I got! I'm glad the magnets look good, I need to pick up the magnet cartridge somewhere now. What do you think of the laminated sticker cartridge? I'm laminating them myself for now, because I couldn't find the laminated adhesive cartridge. ><;
Anyhoo, glad you like it! ^^

Huh...interesting. I didn't know they had a non-laminated sticker version! At least, the only non-laminated cartridge I have is for the PERMANENT stickers. But the laminated respoitionable sticker one looks really nice! It just has a simply glossy paper over it! I haven't used it much, but I just did a test now, and they look good! :D YAY Xyron! *giggles*
