I had to add a reason for the Ben to look so annoyed, might as well be me, right? I mean, I have a history of destroying microwaves. Somebody is up in the middle of the night, only to find out I drank their booze and broke their microwave. Who would let someone like me into their house?
Oh, yeah, Sonderjen's icon for me is located here: http://furaffinity.net/view/90233/
Pens, brush, colored pencils. This is the second (much more better) draft.

I broke a microwave with an egg once. One, bloody, stupid little egg. Sounded like a grenade and managed to clog the vents with eggy goodness.
Cool picture. I like how it really does seem like night time, even though you've resisted the urge to fill everything black and add blue shine (Why always blue shine?!).
Dunno how you did that. I think the glowingness of the appliance dials plays a part.

I think I pulled it off by keeping the lights down, only lighting the subjects (nuke-ro-wave and Ben) and the stovetop (like lots of microwaves do).
Why blue? I used it as contrast here, to make the yellows and reds stand out more. I think that helps more than black could. Figure if I'm going to play with color, why stick with black anyhow?
Thank you, good sir. Good luck with future egg-microwaving!
