This is the surviving sister of my grandmother's cats. Iris. She's a smoke point siamese, about about 18 years old. Her sister Samantha passed away due to being sick back in March.

A bit about Iris, she was a showcat, or that was what was intended. My grandmother got her around the age of 5-6 months. When she was little, she was beyond timid, always hiding from other people when they showed up and such. You'd not see her until things were quiet.

Iris always had health problems, asthma and eye issues. She was also very frail most of her life until recently. Her sister and her used to curl up on a chair together and sleep most of the day. Real cute like.

Iris was also always a very quiet cat until recently, when Sam passed away. She became very vocal, as if she were in heat (Minus the ass in air thing.) She's an absolute cuddle bug now, guessing due to the fact that her sister isn't around anymore. For a short while, she went through what I think was depression, sulking and crying around the house.

Either way, I love this cat, I thought I'd share her with all of you here. She's not long anyways now, and I wanted to get a picture of her while I could.
