Now She's gone and gotten herself quite larger! So much to the point where she's stuck between two buildings. Though she doesn't seem to really mind anymore at this point. What's the point of being able to grow if you're not able to enjoy it? She seems alright with the fact that she's pressed up against those buildings too.

Just happens to be one of the buildings that Technic lives in. Waking up, enjoying a cup of coffee first thing in the morning in his Penthouse and spies a growing Vaporeon. First thing that comes to mind?

"This isn't my Doing."

Not sure how the rest of the building feels, they might even think it's his fault, considering how much trouble he causes.
