a 4 foot long tail constructed out of high density foam and duct tape. and with grooves cut into it to allow swaying and bobbing. The finished version will have a harness at the base allowing it to be worn comfortably and matte cloth wrapped around to give it a more organic look.
Don't quite know how I'll be fitting this into my luggage though. might have to bend it or saw it down the middle.
