Culinary Art: 2012 Pomegranate harvest
There's still a few pomegranates left on the tree, but we managed to harvest enough to fill two 18-gallon tubs, which came out to be slightly less than 2 gallons cold-pressed juice. That made 7 12-oz jars of low-sugar Pomegranate Jelly, 32 ounces of homemade Grenadine, and 2 8-oz jars of Pomegranate Molasses... and maybe a pint of Pomegranate Sorbet. Whew!

Wow...
You have a pomegranate tree! Now I really wish I were closer to you guys. :)
I have never had pomegranate jelly; I love the juice, though, and can imagine what it tastes like.
Kudos!
So, what will you do with the pumpkins?
My roommate's making bread pudding with some.
Yours,
Sylvan
