Probably because of the damn flies he spawns ... and the blood stream.
You can't just blast him away like the normal monstro ... unless you stunlock him in blast mode > .>

Nice fanart! That's one of the best I've seen so far

I had over 180 hours in it and Wrath of the Lamb before I beat it all the way through (and before mom always dropped the Polaroid)! Not bad for $8 I'd say
