This reminds me of another dragon I've seen, Niv-Mizzet from a Magic The Gathering card. I figure you never seen it before, but I just say it reminds me of it, and considering how nice all the cards are that is supposed to be a compliment, and not insult.
Looks good considering how the applet failed.
It's nice seeing something different. I don't see you draw other stuff very often, but they always look good, at least in my opinion. It'd be nice to see a fully completed piece once, all the ones I've seen seem unfinished, but anyway. Looks nice, best of good luck.
