Its only partially true, caffeine before short naps has been shown to help, but generally speaking before taking any nap intended to be longer than an hour, caffeine can be pretty disruptive...

That said, I am really liking your style of arting :3

Actually, I find that it's harder for me to sleep with caffeine. It makes my brain too active to shut down quickly.

I know a way to fall asleep. Smack your head with something, & you peacefully go to bed, waking up the next morn.

I only drink decaf ice tea when I'm stressed (and sometimes before bed.)

Taking 1 1/2 hour nap will make you feel like ya slept more then that. The cycle of REM sleep is supposedly 1 hour and 30min. So far it's worked great for my naps. =D
