Brilliant burgers will go down a treat and a lot better than some takeaway ones. These beaut burgers with a lift of mushroom are from the kitchens of :icozanerus:
Well a few nights ago I decided, hey I wanted bacon and hamburger! so I went and picked up some bacon bits and made these.
Buns
Garlic bread slices grilled
Hamburger
2 1/4 pound patties
2 ounces of diced mushroom
2 table spoons of bacon bits
Mix well and grill
1 ounce of diced onions can be added if you use 1/2 pound patties as well
Serve with cheese on garlic bread, thick sliced bread or rolls and/or with other toppings of your choice.

Depends on the mushroom, I think portobellos are best with meat as they have a very unquie flavor that works well with hamburger and steaks. White mushrooms for example work better in salads when raw, but taste good on meat when fried or grilled because of the juices mixed with em.
