Dancing Dragons

I was poking at program used by Osiris to make wonderful art work, please vist him here http://www.furaffinity.net/user/osiris/ Anyway when this popped up I saw the dragons and decided to save that one. I put some water for them to be rising up out of and then black masked a goodly section to make them stand out more.

You can also control how fuzzy an image looks, as you know. It can be made very clear by tweaking various light/dark/gamma things.
