The theme this week is recycling. There is a requirement that you must include the three-arrow recycling symbol.
For my design, I decided to really play up the arrow aspect, and turn the recycling symbol into a celtic knot.

Yes and no. You can always register without buying anything. But they do require you to buy at least one thing at some point in order to be able to vote. It keeps people from making a bunch of dummy accounts to get extra votes.
But I know furry fandom in general buys from woot, I see their shirts at conventions all the time.
