Personality:

Jay, like Yasha, is a created cyborg. Jay is incredibly polite, and always addresses people with their honorific. In fact, he even refers to Rose as “Mother” rather than just “mom”. He and Cole were created to serve the practical purpose of seeing to Rose – and others - when injured. They are also in charge of watching Yasha when Rose is away. Jay is very shy, easily embarrassed, and usually doesn’t say much at all unless spoken to. Because of his withdrawnness, he is constantly picked on by Cole.

Super Speed.

Limitations:

He can only use it for short amounts of time, and has to rest for a while afterwards before using it again. (Typical if you run you can only run until your legs turn to jelly, then you can’t run until they aren’t jelly anymore kind of thing.)
