He knew it would come, but he couldn't help himself, -insertnamehere- just couldn't stand being indoors when he felt the change come upon him. Bathing in the moonlight he shivered, shuddering visibly as millions of fine hairs burst forth from his skin. He stretched as he felt muscle swell and come to life, and inhaled deeply as clothing tore and bones popped and shifted.

Soon enough nothing was left of the man he was, that poor creature was gone, along with his flaws and insecurities. The wolf inhaled deeply, drawing the scent of pine and grass deep into its lungs before letting loose a long haunting howl of victory.

Tonight he was free, free from everything, and he would romp and hunt to his hearts content.
