Yes I edited out the background because I forgot to put the curtain down and my gross kitchen table was back there. >_<
In hindsight I think I should have put another wire in this tail. it ended up being heavier than I thought it would be. You can still get a good curl out of it though and it's very bouncy.
DisclaimerIf you order a posable tail it must be worn with a belt in order to keep it from flopping over to one side or the other or you need to have double belt loops in the back.

No secret. It's just heavy wire that you can get from any hardware supply store.
For this particular tail I used two wires 2x the length of the tail folded over the loop and then braided around them. In hindsight I probably would have used one more on this tail but I haven't had any complaints from the commissioner about it so it worked out ok.

It took me a couple tries to get the braid to completely cover the wire. Really you can use any type of attachment ring but no matter what you use the person wearing it will still have to wear a belt to hold it in place.
I personally offer small binder rings (that open and close), Large solid metal rings, and carabiner clips.

It depends on the length and the thickness. This particular tail was 24 inches (i think) and Thick width so it was 96$ not including the shipping.
But if you want something smaller i can do them all the way down to a a small keychain size like these.
