It's been way too long.

I've had some rather shitty luck lately, both in writing songs and life in general. I won't bore you with the details, but I'll just say this is one of the least enjoyable parts of my life thus far.

The title of the song refers to this familiar hole I keep falling back into whenever things go to shit. Everyone has their crutch they lean on in trying times, and mine just happens to be an auditory catharsis.

Don't expect much from this track, the riff stays the same throughout, with the variations being only in the intensity with which the riff is played or how much gain/distortion is used. It's kind of an experiment to see if I'm even still capable of doing what I usually do anymore.
