You don't recognize "a one"? Does that mean you didn't recognized *any* of them?
I suspect that if you've unscrambled Msicoc Seumo and still don't know who the character is, than an explanation wouldn't make much sense either. He was a short-lived character animated in one or two cartoons in the 60's, and had his own comic book briefly. I liked it as a kid, and have to wonder why he had so little future. It was the usual stuff -- good guys are all mice, from a planet of mice, with a king of mice. Bad guys are cats, whose motives seem pretty simple... rule the mice or at least beat up on them pointlessly. There was a love interest mouse, and at least one cat villainess. I remembered the comic fondly, and found another copy of the first a couple of years ago, for about a dollar.
