Naw, I would consider this a General and not a mature. Its a basic rule of thumb that I use, as there is no bits showing. I.E. No nipples. Its like.. barbie doll physics which is general rating.

No, it doesn't, there's no nipples or in fact any nude parts. Fur covers all.

Also, nakedness only requires a mature tag, only sexual scenes need adult.

I think you may need to read the ToU. Or perhaps use the common sense that animals are allowed in childrens shows without any clothes on due to having FUR.
