That is SO frustrating, and I know what that's like :O
I've had people ask me to hold something, had to tell a second customer it wasn't for sale, first guy comes back saying they didn't want it anymore after weeks, then the second guy spent his funds on something else... (Great story, huh?)

Carving has become my thing. I do it when I'm bored/frustrated/busy/otherwise preoccupied with trivial matters. Something about being alone in my shed and concentrating so hard on one project just makes everything else melt away. That or the burning hair fumes make me zone out.
Can't do it when I'm drunk though. Powertools > fingertips. It's amazing I still have fingertips.

I know what that's like XD I actually ripped a huge chunk out of my hair when I was using the dremel once.
Crafting is the greatest stress relief, I like doing hemp bracelets when I get frustrated, something about tying knots, I've always been one who fidgets, it's a good release of energy for me.
