I'm not the best printmaker! But, I like to think I'm an unorthodox printer. I could never decide what my borders should be... So! In an internal rebellion against my frustration, I decided instead of giving my print a frame, I'd give my frame a print.

.... or something like that.

So I planned to print only on the borders, so that the blank area (in the middle) would become like a border, but it's on the inside. Crazy! >.>

Right! Well, yeah, it was fun to create a kind of negative print. I even wrote the title, number, and signed it in the blank middle space. I've always loved negative space, so this play on what is to be blank and what isn't really makes me smile.

The hard part was making it look like the border was inside, instead of looking like I just drew a pretty frame for a photo. -_-
