Its the usual 'logic' with growth scenes, sometimes convenient stretching yet skimpyfying clothes and sometimes keeps proportions or then just blows off. ^^
Thanks :) And yeah, need to find a right technique for that kinda city, but it ain't as easy as some artists make it look like, even if buildings were small.
