This is the story about a 5 year old dog named Cody who lives in with the Izumi residents of Tokyo, Japan. Kentaro the owner of the residency and owner of Cody is a happy man who enjoys life in the city. His wife shino works downstairs where they own a restaurant. together they have two sons, Aki who is only 5 years old and Seichi, 12 years old. Seichi although he is 12, looks and acts like an 8 year old. They live in a peaceful part of the city.

One fine afternoon Kentaro decided to go on for a walk and decided to take Cody along with him, Seichi asked if he could come along with him. As soon as they reached the park they approached an old friend of Kentaro, Daku Sendo, a businessman working for the management of the Haku Industries.

Cody soon spotted something shinning in the fountains but wonders what it is, while Seichi was looking at the sky sucking his thumb and his master speaking he had the perfect opportunity to sneak up to the item.

As soon as Cody reached to the item he noticed it was some sort of collar, a baby blue collar with a bone tag on it but no name on. He wondered who’s it could be. By touching it Cody soon found out it was magical. At the second he touched the tag everything turned white and neither his master nor Seichi could hear or see him but suddenly Cody became unconscious.

Cody finally wakes up to soon realise he became small and noticed the collar he touched was on him and couldn’t get it off. A voice approaches Cody and said “listen to my voice, you are now reincarnated into a human. Although your face and tail has not changed you are still a dog. I have also transformed you from being a dog to a puppy, you will no longer control your bladder or bowels, no one will reconise you, the only thing you will do when you reach reality is cry!”

The voice disappears and everything turns back to normal, as the voice told Cody began to cry, everyone heard his cry and Kentaro came to the aid not knowing where his dog was. Kentaro notices the name on his collar and asks..

“are you really Cody?”
