anatomy, personality, and style practice for my favorite non-pony OC, herb the botanist wingless/"earth" dragon (cameo by blotterdot). I like the middle picture. herb is easily startled. and I like his frill better with that pattern, too.
that one in the lower lefthand corner is herb without the frill. just so I could practice the anatomy underneath.

really starting to feel like I have a feel for this character. he's fun to draw.
