I love group pictures... back when i was a kid flipping thru the pages of X-men and seeing all those cool pinups of the team together just made me stare in awe at the magnitude and detail involved in it all
IT HURTS THE HAND
but i think this was worth it... =P
this pic highlights the main players on the military front of the Lykos Empire it also includes the final design of 3 other characters Ive been working on anywho ill list out who's who in the pic
Orthrus - Grand Alpha Male, Supreme Commander of the Lykos Empire
is the white wolf in the upper right side, you'll recognize him from the prologue if you've read it
Garm - Beta Male & General of the Wargs
is the large barbarian like red wolf with the huge great sword middle right
Fenrisulfr aka Fenris aka Fen - Commander of the Katar
the tan wolf with the dagger, you'll recognize him from the prologue if you've read it
Selene - Lieutenant Commander of the Katar
the fox chick hunched over with a Katar weapon you'll recognize her from the prologue if you've read it
Hati - Master of Archers
The grey wolf with the bow and arrow
Skoll - Lykos Master Engineer & High Centenaur
the Grey wolf with the Crossbow - he was mentioned in the prologue but never pictured ^^
after the prologue i took a little bit of a break with the art on Theria but the story ideas just keep chuggin along im fleshing out the initial chapter further into detail so i am workin on it
just thought id post this up to show some progress and i did after all promise that more original work would come out of me in regards to theria

Very cute, the guys all look really great, but selene looks really stiff, especially for a female. Its the arch of her back, her arms they just need maybe a little more flow to them. I realize this is probably done but it was just something I happened to notice and thought I might share.
sorry, looking at it again i think i know what was bothering me, its stiff but its stiff due to the pose not the line work. I tried posing it here with my hand on the ground in front of me and if its on the ground her shoulders and head would be lowered and her hips would be higher kinda like a football player, or if her hand is up off the ground, well its just a terribly uncomfortable pose, its not the sort of stance you'd take up when you were heading into a fight. The only other thing is she could be resting back on her heels more to steady herself and then her upper back would still need to be a little more hunched but you'd also need to see her calves cuz her thighs would be right on them. Just try posing it out, if you can in front of a mirror. I may just be nit picking and i'm really not trying to ruffle your feathers it was just something i happened to notice.
