Personality: Quiet and reserved. Some would say she's shy but she just has a hard time opening up to strangers. She's caring, but only when it comes to those close to her, and extremely loyal. Despite all this, she does tend to let loose a little when she's out with Asylum or her other friends.
Likes: Dancing, music, her job, a clean house, girls that are shorter than her, writing little short stories, walks during fall, dresses and dress-like shirts.
Dislikes: Extremely butch girls (if she wanted a boy, she'd date a boy), those in the LGBT community that are "In Your Face" about their pride, dirty houses, when guys try to buy her drinks, druggies,

Backstory -
Past - Comes from a pretty normal childhood. Butterfly grew up in the ghettos from the time she was born to the time she was 9 but after her dad finally finished school they moved out into nice townhouse in the suburbs. She's loved dancing for most of her life and use to spend her mornings watching music videos in her room and trying to copy the steps that the girls on the TV were doing. Obviously that didn't sit well with her mother... so she was enrolled into dance classes.
At school she was that kid most probably considered to be a nerd. She got good grades, high test scores, and she was in Advanced classes. But despite all of this she never really wanted to go to college... but she wanted the option to be there.
When she was 17 her "bad-influence" friends decided they were going to sneak into a club. Butterfly was nervous about it but being told that there would be music and a dancefloor got her to go along with it. They had fake I.D.s made and her and three of her friends went out and got into some back ally club that one of them knew of.
While there she ended up running into a 16 year old named Asylum who had approached her while she'd been dancing. The girl had told her that she wanted to learn how to dance like Butterfly could. When Butterfly said she could show her how to, Asylum came to her defense when Butters' and her group got caught in the club. Butterfly learned later on that the girl she'd met was the club owners' daughter. She ended up spending less and less time with her old group of friends and spending more time with Asylum, which altimately led to them becoming bestfriends. She also realized at this time that she was lesbian when she started developing a huge crush on Asylum. It explained why she never seemed very interested in boys.

Present - Currently lives in a small studio apartment just a little ways away from the studio she works at. She just recently recovered from a break-up that had left her devestated for a long time. She barely worked and for once in her life she actually depended on someone else to take care of her. Asylum made sure her bills stayed paid.

Facts -
* Fears hurting her legs/ankles above all other things on her body due to knowing it'd cause her not to be able to dance like she does.
* Is highly sensitive to the effects of alcohol to the point that even a small shot will cause he to become really sick. Because of this, she doesn't drink like all of her friends do.
* Is extremely well known throughout the raver community.
* Works as a dance instructor at a well established studio. She's well versed in most styles of dance. She also works as a part time dog walker in order to have a little extra cash during the week while she's waiting for her paycheck to come in.
* Works with a girl named Scream, who she considers to be her rival when it comes to work.
* Because she spends a lot of time at her place, Butterfly takes it upon herself to clean her bestfriend's home. Asy tends to be a bit of a slob and Butterfly can't have that.
* She also does her grocery shopping.
