My second favorite homework project so far (which this one is due tomorrow haha~)
Basically we needed to crosshatch something three times-first is technical skill, then add something challenging to the mix, then last one is something unexpected.
This was all done in calligraphy ink (several colors) and pen. VERY challenging, but very fun.
Arts by Bell Griffith.
Photo as the paper is 18x24in.

My old high school art teacher taught me a trick for photographing big pictures. Take a large black cloth or dark colored cloth, you're gonna use it to spread out on the ground underneathe the drawing. Then you need it to either by a midday sun, or a middday cloudy day. If its cloudy its easy, just take a pictures standing directly above it. Obviously keeping yourself out of the shadow. OR if its full sun, finding an overhang where the light is not full. Full light is OK but it washes out color. Then just touch up light and darks in photoshop :)
AND YEAH.. I looked at this for two days and couldnt figure it out. I KNEW there was a joke.
