What a gorgeous cat. What breed is that?

It is an Egyptian Mau, and is sooooo soft, it's like petting chinchilla fur! I adopted him for $100 from Wishbone adoption rescue after his previous owners surrendered him. They paid $3000 for this pure bred cat, and then surrendered him cause he was peeing all over her husband's pillow. I don't know how long they had him for before this started happening, but they never bothered to take him to the vet!
When he was surrendered, Wishbone took him to the vet, and he had to be hospitalized because they were afraid he was going to block! He had a UTI that bad! no wonder he was peeing all over the place. the previous owner claimed he hated men cause he was peeing on her husband's pillow; he loves my husband.
Anyway, their loss, my gain huh
