i know and ive no problem to meet ppl one on one but i cant handle groups

not even with friends around? becouse i have the same at sometimes in groups one on one is always bit easier

with friends its easier but i need to carry my medics round to block the fears

I have felt that way most of my life too....

For me i often feel like despite being in a group im not actually a part of it, like im some sort of "fifth wheel". So i sort of get hpw ya feel about being in crowds.

I totally know the feeling. I get all dressed up, psyched up, and ready to go. Then I show up, only know like three people at the party, and wind up being one of the first to go home. I've been getting more active at school and actively finding people I have good common ground with. That, combined with having meds, and a retail job. Have made this get a little better for me, but it's still an uphill climb. *hugs (only if that's what you want)*
