I don't remember his name but I remember his talents were suppose to be that he is a fast dasher but slow at flying and likes to do large spectacles but doesn't like casually walking around with people seeing his bright colors.
posted this because I felt like it and colored it to get a overview of the character's colors but didn't feel like going all out. -3-;
