Well the one big tip I can give is. Thourgh my years of life/dating, while I obsearved the effects of weight gain on the female-form. I noticed {typicaly} extra "chuck" gathers starting at the areas of body in order of, "butt, hips, thighs, arm'-flab,' love-handles, breasts, belly, then finaly neck/chin."
