Well this marks a new point in my art career, I suppose - I drew a Pokemorph.

Before you laugh, take a look at the pic. She's an interesting character. Srila is an Absol - what's known as the disaster Pokemon. Apparently when this one appears before people, it's followed by a disaster like an earthquake or a tidal wave o.o Normally it's a quadruped, but like I said Srila is a morph. Between the single horn on the side of her head, the batwing tail, and the color scheme (Absols are white with blue faces, orange eyes and blue horn/tail), you have a very exotic looking critter.

There's one thing about the Pokemon thing that bothers me. Namely, the fact that the franchise built around the original Game Boy games has ruined said games' reputation. The franchise is lame; but believe it or not, the games are worth playing. I actually have three, and they're all pretty good RPGs. Lots to do in them, too. I bought them used, and they've been very economical - that is to say, they've kept me busy for a nice long time. Too many games that I've seen are quick and have no replay value, so they end up on store used shelves in no time flat.

I'm not talking about the spinoff games - some of them are truly stupid (Pokemon Channel. Sit and watch Pikachu watch TV. That's pretty much it. Seriously. I saw the review and they said "This is not a video game..."). I'm talking about the original games for Game Boy, Game Boy Color and Game Boy Advance. Those are the ones worth playing, I think. The franchise is dumb, but the original games are pretty good.
