One of Timothy and Casey's three nephews, Patrick begged his uncle Timothy to come along with him to New York. Using the dreaded “Sad puppy face” technique, his uncle had no choice but to relent. Eventually, after his uncle had become a mutant Lion, an breakout at the Bronx Zoo occured. After meeting up with the young tiger cub, he had stumbled upon some access Purple Mutagen, and became Tai, the Tiger Mutant.
