I do the same thing! I had to get a vial of blood taken out for testing purposes (or cloning or something, I don't know) and I nearly fainted! Not due to the needles... they kinda creep me out but they're nothing horrible. It was just the blood loss that got me. D: If I ever actually gave blood I'd be gone long before they got enough out of me. x3
