The word photography, if you look at its etymology, its roots, basically means 'painting with light'. Of all the mediums out there, including print, painting, etc., photography is probably the most imperfect, because it is the most limited in what can be presented. It captures what it sees. And as far as color goes, there's a strict, narrow amount of time that you are allowed to work with to get the perfect combination of the three primary colors red, green, and blue.
Too much time, or too little, and and the colors shift. It matters not that you have the perfect exposure. You'll, on occasion, find unusual, unexpected results.
As for this image, I decided to play around with the imperfections of photography, and paint the image. Who says the image has to be in focus and non-moving, eh?
