I don't think you know how many times I've failed my armour when saving against plasma overheat. I needed another plasma gunner anyways, I only had one and I end up fighting terminators alot. Plasma gives me an advantage over the terminators because it ignore's their armour. My IG is actually more plasma heavy then my Marines are!
